To provide consultancy services to develop the NBFIRA Change Management Strategy and Programme with Implementation guidelines for managing change.

Developing and implement a programme for stakeholder sensitization aimed at identifying, understanding and managing resistance to change. Training the Change Agents and Management on Change Management, and advise the Authority on all key matters of change management that will successfully deliver the project.
