Introduction

WorldLead is an organization that recognizes the global need for leadership at all levels. We believe that sound leadership begins with sound principles and values, which must be established and nurtured at a young age. WorldLead has a formal partnership with LEAD (Leadership Education And Development Pty Ltd) and together these organizations approach leadership development in a holistic manner, from young developing leaders through existing seasoned executives. LEAD is the principal benefactor to WorldLead.

About WorldLead

• Registered Not For Profit organization in Botswana
• Aims to develop principle-based leadership skills within youth and communities
• Is funded through self-generated consultancy projects, general sponsorship and programme specific sponsorship
• Strategic partnership with LEAD to maximize impact and effectiveness, and support long-term sustainability

WorldLead Youth Programs

LEAD 4 LIFE Youth Leadership Camps

Goal:
To create an uninhibited learning environment for young aspiring leaders to develop and grow.

• Multi-level leadership development program
• Targeting school youth – Ages 10 to 18
• Community service component

Education Fund

Goal:
To ensure talented and aspiring leaders have access to the resources available to fully realize their potential.

• Targeting talented youth with demonstrated leadership potential
• Supports access to education and development opportunities through financial assistance

The Amazing Club

Goal:
To improve the quality of life and unleash the leadership potential in youth with special needs.

• Creates awareness of the unique contributions of young people with special needs
• Offers an environment for participants to explore and challenge their personal limitations / paradigms
• Initiates community-based projects led by participants
