Development of the Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet) first Strategic Plan and Organizational Performance Management System

The project entailed development of the BoFiNet five-year Strategic Plan and a Corporate Performance Management System based on Balanced Scorecard framework complete with processes and systems for cascading the strategy, scorecards and performance contracts to individual level, as well as recommendations for consideration of an automated system.  The project also included provision of necessary training and skills transfer to ensure sustainability of the system.
