Sean has been actively involved in the Healthcare field for almost 17 years, initially in the field of emergency medical care, and subsequently in the more specialized field of HIV & AIDS. He is regarded as an expert in Health and Wellness, consults for a Medical Diagnostics Laboratory as well as an AIDS Services consultancy and manages a broad range of counseling services. He has been consulted by a wide range of organisations, such as, government agencies and national institutions on numerous medical issues, developing significant experience in dealing with Government, NGO’s, Donor Institutions and the private sector.

Sean also has a penchant for sales and marketing, and has used this skill to great effect; establishing several AIDS service organisations in the private sector. His experience covers:

• Working closely with Government Departments, Parastatals, NGO’S, Companies and Industries in developing, monitoring and evaluating HIV and AIDS/STD/TB prevention programs, training and capacity building;
• Developing behaviour change strategies and tools
• Developing course material on HIV and AIDS and setting up a resource database;
• Developing HIV and AIDS strategies at national and international level in line with Strategic Visions (such as Botswana’s 2016), the International Labour Organisation and Swedish Workplace HIV & AIDS Program;
