Development of ACHAP Business Plan

The project entailed development of an ACHAP transformation business plan including revision of the business and financial model.  The business plan was translated into implementable strategies to achieve the desired organizational transformation goals. It included facilitation of a weeklong workshop for the development ACHAP Business Plan and concluded with broad stakeholder engagement and sensitization in regards to this shift in direction. The workshop entailed training of staff on conducting the organization’s internal and environmental analysis, market analysis, and development of the business.
