The Project involved the evaluation of the Strategic Plan 2009-2016 and development of the revised Strategic Plan. The evaluation entailed developing a risk and mitigation strategy for implementing the strategy; harmonization of various performance management tools that MLH is currently using; development of the implementation plan for the Strategic Plan; development of the monitoring and evaluation framework for implementation of strategy; building capacity on leadership and change agents; and cascading the evaluated strategy to one department and one Land Board.
