Workshop: Assess the DTCB Statistics and Planning Sections

Conduct a workshop to evaluate and assess the Statistics and Planning sections, with specific emphasis on their core functions, interfaces and requirements in support of the business.  The main objective of this workshop is to identify opportunities for Synergies between these sections and elevate the capacity of those involved to continuously evaluate and improve their areas on a regular basis.
