Lori is a learning strategist who partners with organizations to ensure they achieve their breakthrough business goals. Lori has 24 years experience in designing and launching learning strategies that improve people’s performance and ultimately their results. She has designed learning solutions to drive improved business performance for leading organizations includingas Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Symantec, DHL, Cisco Systems, Dell Computers, and Singapore Airlines.

Originally based in South Africa, Lori has founded a consultancy firm that partnered with it’s clients to design ans set up learning solutions. These projects focused on corporations, educational institutions, and non-government agencies to develop the untapped human resource pool. Over yhe years Lori has evolved an approach to learning called Syzygy! ® that is a synthesis of theories and practices proven to be successful in achieving the pre-defined business outcome. Syzygy! ® allows organizations to align their people to drive their business strategy.

Lori graduated from the University in South Africa with a BA Honours degree specializing in Developmental Psychology.
