Public Sector Change Management Specialist

Specializing in government policy, strategic planning/organizational development and government relations across a wide range of fields.  She is a public sector change management specialist at institutional and organizational levels, drawing on her vast leadership experience at the federal and provincial levels of government. Reaching the rank of Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, she specialized in broad policy, legislative and institutional change including in the Privy Council Office, Public Service Commission, Agriculture Canada, External Affairs, Human Resources Development Canada (the former Employment and Immigration), Indian and Northern Affairs, and most recently, in the Cabinet Office in the Government of Ontario.  She has also worked in the UK civil service and on United Nations projects in New York and Geneva.
