Development of a Strategic Plan and Performance Management System for BCA

This project included the development of the Botswana College of Agriculture 2009 – 2016 Strategic Plan and a Performance Management System that translates the Strategic Plan into operational terms with measurable key performance indicators. It included interviews with key stakeholders of the organization and the development of a situational analysis that articulated the current reality. The project further included the development of a Performance Management Handbook that defined the strategy and PMS processes, roles and responsibilities, policy, rewards & incentives, disciplinary measures among others. The project developed performance agreements for levels 1 and 2 of the organization.
