Development of a Performance Management System for Botswana Examination Council (BEC)

The project involved development of the PMS across the organization, including strategy map, corporate scorecard, divisional scorecards and department scorecards; as well as the Development of Performance Agreement for staff; and Training of the organization on the system and development of a Performance Management handbook. This role also included the development of a Change Management Plan and training at both executive and staff level.
